This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents who interact with Fancyboard (San Diego, CA). It explains categories of personal information we may collect, how we use it, and rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and company); commercial or professional information related to your inquiry (offer details, hiring needs, partnership notes); internet or device information needed to operate the site; and communications you send us. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to share it for a service you requested.
Business purposes
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and deliver promotion or talent-related services, communicate about projects, maintain security and site reliability, comply with law, and improve Fancyboard. We do not sell personal information for money.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website, communications, or project delivery, and only as needed to provide a service you requested or as required by law. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for valuable consideration.
Your California rights

How to submit a request
Email hello@fancyboard.org with the subject “California Privacy Request” and tell us which right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. You may use an authorized agent as permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights.
Candidate and hiring data
Candidate profiles, resumes, and introduction notes are handled with consent and are not published on this public website. If you are a California candidate or hiring contact, the same access, deletion, and correction rights apply to personal information we maintain about you for those purposes.
