Using this website
This site is here to explain what Fancyboard does and make it easy to start a conversation. Please use it for that purpose. Don’t try to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or use it in a way that harms other visitors or our systems.
Working together
Website copy is general guidance. Once we agree to work together, the real details - scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables - live in a proposal or statement of work. That agreement is what controls the engagement.
What we own / what you own
Fancyboard owns the branding, writing, and materials published on this site unless we say otherwise. Your company materials stay yours. Anything we create together during a project is handled according to the agreement for that project.
Accuracy and updates
We do our best to keep this site clear and current, but services, examples, and contact details can change as we grow. If something looks off, just ask and we’ll clarify.
Liability, in plain terms
We’re careful with the work we do. Still, Fancyboard isn’t responsible for outcomes outside our control - like a third party’s response, market conditions, or decisions made after an introduction. Specific warranties, if any, are spelled out in your project agreement.
